Chapter 01: PHP Percolate! Season 6

Getting started on this project has been somewhat of an effort. One part was trying to put together a portfolio of all of my course work in one location. Had I known that I was hanging around for a while I would have chosen a cleaner organization style; trying to sort it out now is near impossible.

It would help if someone with a digital version of the book could share the content of the "Review and Pursue" segments. I don't mind typing in the code, but the questions and the answers is a bit of a drag. I noticed that some of the others are doing the same. I chose to start the mySQL part a bit early and have loaded the questions in to a database where I generate the answer page on the fly. The CSS on that one took me the better part of a day!

I thought I could fly through this phase of the course, but I've noticed that I've 'forgotten' some of the material even though I use PHP almost daily!

Hello Gene and all -
Just checking in with the Chapter 1 examples posted to my site. (Using the slightly re-worked but familiar template that Marco put out for one of the earlier percolate sessions.)

Basic information there, but good to help solidify the concepts that seem to quickly get rusty when they are not used! smile On to chapter 2!

Thanks -
