Has anyone used any PHP open source shopping carts that were easy to use and easy to integrate with payment processors? Any recommendations?

I used opencart and really like it. I was able to edit the css to customize the look. The interface was easy to use. http://www.opencart.c...

It is, without a doubt, Magento. Check it out.
IMHO, it is the best open-source, easy-to-use, & easy-to-integrate (in many ways) shopping cart solution out there.
