Carl Phillips is the author of twelve books of poetry, most recently
Silverchest (FSG, 2013) and Double Shadow (FSG, 2011), which won the
Los Angeles Times Book Prize.  This year's recipient of the Kenyon
Review Award for Literary Achievement, Phillips is Professor of
English at Washington University in St. Louis.

Will Schutt is the author of Westerly, winner of the 2012 Yale Series
of Younger Poets prize. He is the recipient of awards and fellowships
from the Gilman School, the James Merrill House, the Sewanee Writers’
Conference and the Stadler Center for Poetry at Bucknell University.
His poems and translations have appeared in Agni, FIELD, The New
Republic and elsewhere.
