  • BETTER WORLD MEDITATION will not be having a monthly event in December due to the holiday season. I want to thank everyone for their support in attending our events over the past year. We wish all a very happy holiday season with your loved ones. Our next event will be Saturday, January 28th at 7PM. This time of the year may also be a good time to reflect on our lives and our spiritual direction. Possibly directng our energies more inward. The holidays typically our times of the year to celebrate, yet may be stressful as well. Let's remember to stay mindful as we may encounter challenges that may distract us.

    We are encouraging discussions and messaging on our Meetup page over the next 2 months until our next event. Let us communicate our heart felt blessings and that which we are thankful for.

    This is the Prayer Of Saint Francis of Assissi. I am really moved by" For it is in giving that we receive" Giving helps us to stay present and not stay stuck in the EGO

    Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace.
    Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
    Where there is injury, pardon;
    Where there is doubt, faith;
    Where there is despair, hope;
    Where there is darkness, light;
    Where there is sadness, joy.
    O Divine Master,
    Grant that I may not so much seek
    To be console as to console;
    To be understood, as to understand;
    To be loved as to love.
    For it is in giving that we receive;
    And It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
