Join us on the **first Monday of every other month** as we create a sacred space for inner healing and connection.

Welcome, sacred seeker. Your body holds both ancient wisdom and the key to transformation. In this monthly healing circle, you'll experience **Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)**, a powerful blend of energy psychology and body-centered healing.

**The Journey**
Our time together unfolds in two parts:
1\. Foundation & Understanding

* Learn the basics of AIT
* Connect with your body's wisdom
* Understand energy centers and their role in healing

2\. Guided Practice

* Release energetic blocks and limiting beliefs
* Transform old patterns
* Integrate new possibilities
* Experience collective healing energy

**Sacred Preparation**
To create your healing space:

* Find a quiet, comfortable area
* Have water nearby for hydration
* Bring a journal for reflection

**Sacred Exchange**
This offering is held in the spirit of reciprocity. Your presence and authentic participation are your gifts to our healing circle. The most meaningful ways to honor this work:

* Bring your full presence
* Share with others who might benefit
* Practice these tools in daily life
* Return to deepen your journey

ALL are welcome in this circle. Your privacy is honored - after initial guidance, you'll have the option to turn off your camera and mute yourself while doing your own work.
