Join us this Sunday for a guided breathwork session designed to help you slow down and reset.

This session focuses on deep relaxation, allowing the body to soften and the mind to settle through guided breathing techniques.

We’ll begin with a short explanation, move into ~30 minutes of rhythmic breathing and breath retentions, and close with a gentle integration.

No prior experience needed. Just show up and follow along.
