About Erica
After a successful six year career in higher education as a residence hall professional, Erica fell into a role in creative staffing with a firm called MacPros in 2000. It was there she leveraged her MA in communication and years of experience helping students to help creative professionals find the right fit in new roles, both temp and perm. In January 2004, she and her brother James purchased MacPros and renamed it C2, elevating the staffing and training company for creatives by moving to downtown Milwaukee and becoming Wisconsin’s only Adobe Authorized Training Center.

Currently Erica manages all of the sales/marketing operations of C2 and oversees many of the day-to-day functions. She is the “face” of C2, meeting with clients and candidates, attending a variety of networking and industry functions, and supporting the creative industry as a whole in Milwaukee. “Relationships are the most important part of the business,” she states, "with our talent and our clients. Understanding the way talent show up and what clients need for a successful hire are keys to making a great match!” With nearly 20 years experience in the industry, and having seen thousands of resumes, her “Cake and Frosting” philosophy has assisted hundreds of C2 talent and clients to forge mutually beneficial partnerships that have bottom line impact.
