Brighton Conscious Breathing Experiences is for anyone who wants to explore the power of the breath to improve focus, emotional balance, and inner calm — especially those living with ADHD or feeling overwhelmed in daily life.
Our goal is to bring together people in Brighton who are curious about breathwork, mindfulness, and conscious living. Whether you’re new to the practice or experienced, you’ll find a welcoming community and unique sessions in inspiring venues — including a 19th-century Gothic church with stunning acoustics.
