How to host an event on Meetup event

 

I see that some people want people to suggest hikes. I was working on a some information for hosting hiking events for another group and realised it would be appropriate here.  In meetup the Suggest  button is not a suggestion for others to do the event, but instead you are suggesting you be allowed to host that event.

 

Hiking groups are communities. These communities flourish through the involvement of their members both as participants and hosts. There are a large number of hikes in South East Queens
