Hi everybody,

Here we are a day before the big day.

I guess I will have to give an explanation regarding tomorrow.

I received questions from some of you about the price, like what if I come only for the workshop and not for the dinner?

55 Euro per person is for the tango workshop and the dinner, the owner of Los Romanticos made us a price because we have a workshop and a dinner there.

I was precising in my email of March 16 that since after the workshop we are going to stay and have a dinner there we will not have to pay extra money for the rent of the place.

The 15 euro per person is only for the workshop, but if we didn't book to have dinner there we would have had to pay the rent of the place as well.

15 euro per person for the workshop instead of 25 euro because we stay to dinne there.

He wants to have minimum 20 people to stay for dinner and he doesn't charge us for the rent of the place for the workshop

It is why he put a condition that at least 20 people for workshop and at least 20 people for dinner, and the dinner at 40 euro per person for 3 menu course.
(which is his proposed price for 2 course menu but I negotiated and got it for the 3 menu course)

I, may be, didn't explain it very clear on my email of March 16.

He expected us to be at least 20 for the workshop and at least 20 for the dinner, 40 Euro x 20 people = 800 euro,
I was requested to make a prepayment of 400 euro for the dinner and if we are less than 20 then I will have to pay the difference.
Which is not nice and not fair because we were 26 who rsvped YES when I made the reservation and we are now 26 rsvped YES.

That is why I find that it is correct that you pay 25 Euro if you come only for the workshop.

I am sorry for the possible inconvenient,

Organizing such an event in never easy.
