Here we go for a new meetup at Wemanity.
For this meetup we will welcome Xavier Dufour who is specialized into Analysis, Product Ownership and Agility in general.
This time we'll talk about "tips & tricks for team communication"
Here's the situation: you work for the Belgian Social Security. Your team works quite well, produces value for users, but you feel a lack of communication: User Stories are not always well understood by developers, the Product Owner is not available enough to answer questions, team members are not always aware of the latest business decisions, etc.
To deal with these communication problems, my team (called Medadmin) put in place tools and actions that I will present to you. Some worked, others didn’t. We will discuss why we created them, what was done and what results we saw. We will also see that everything didn’t always works as planned.
We'll talk about:
- The Q Board
- Role definition meeting
- Role cards during Refinements
- Decisions board
- Project progress map
- Scope IN/Scope OUT
And of course, I would invite you to give your feedback and share your experiences, because that's what conferences are for!
Benefits of the session:
In the end of this session, I want participants to leave with some new ideas that they can test in their team to solve some communication problems.
I also want them to have a basis for ideas on how to propose them in their environment.
