CITCON Budapest 2012 - The Continuous Integration and Testing (Open Spaces) Conference

Ugyan nem ruby specifikus a konferencia, de számos rubys ember volt a korábbi konferenciákon, illetve ugye a puppet is Ruby-ban íródott, valamint a tesztelés is szerves része a nyelvnek, tehát szerintem releváns lehet sokatoknak ez az esemény. A nemzetközi vándorkonferencia pesti állomása október 19-20-a [1].  Mivel Open Spaces, így nem lehet megjósolni a témákat, de a konferencia wiki oldalán megtekinthetőek az elmúlt évek témái[2]. Általában a Continuous Integration, DevOps, (Automated) Testing, Monitoring, meg persze minden egyéb téma, ami a megbízható szoftverfejlesztéshez kapcsolódik érintve van.

Hi,

While CITCON (an international open space conference series) is not programming language specific, some of the relevant tools are written in ruby (e.g.: Puppet), and the automated testing challenges are language agnostic as well. This year the European leg of the series will take place in Budapest on October 19-20 [1]. Since it is Open Spaces, it is impossible to predict the topics covered, but the conference wiki lists past years' topics [2], which can be a guide on what to expect - generally, they are about Continuous Integration, DevOps, (Automated) Testing, and Monitoring, and reliable software delivery in general. 

The conference is free to attend, but of course, upon registration you could donate to help to cover the cost of the conference if you wish to.
