What is your relationship / experience with Buddhism, if any?

My wife and I are born into a Buddhist culture families and we follow Buddhism. So, we learn Buddhism and we attend lectures on Buddhism whenever we can. Bhutan is gifted with very good environment, both physical and spiritual, for Buddhist practices. It is also very easy to find teachers or friends who practice Buddhism seriously, so we are in a very fortunate position. I was looking up to learn more on "Compassion and Emptyness" and your Meet Up topic was on it so I could not resist writing. As you will be aware, we could be discussing forever on this topic because of the profoundity, the vastness and the sutleties involved - it is for this reason I felt a reason to connect with the group. I do not know if any of you have visited Bhutan before, if not, it is worth considering - because there will be a lot that it could offer, which you are seeking. All the very best.

Which questions or topics would you like to talk about?

I am always looking up on discussions, experiences and deliverations on 4 noble truths, the Impermanence and six perfections, Compassion and Emptyness amongst others.

Have you read the "About Us" page ? (

Yes, I have and I am totally impressed and would like to be part of this team - but I do not know how I could be part of the team as I am geographically separated. Kindly do let me know how I can be part of the team or if not possible, also let me know. But I will be very happy to assist the group if you plan on a trip to Bhutan as a team or individually. Thanks a lot.
