This two-part series explores what we can actually count on in this life and how to deepen inner resiliency and strength. What do we lean on moments of stress and which of those behaviors are effective and which no longer serve us? Join either or both engaging workshops to access traditional Buddhist wisdom for burnout prevention and recovery in modern contexts.

Schedule: Morning Session 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Lunch Break 12:00 to 1:30 pm, Afternoon Session 1:30 to 3:30 pm

Participants are invited to bring a lunch and enjoy our cafe space together, or if you prefer, there would be time for you to go out to eat. The microwave and refrigerator are available for your use.
