A great place offering lots of photo ops. Interesting displays and loved to see all the horses. The weather was almost perfect also.

It appeared that only Pat Gibson and myself attended this meet up. I arrived early and Pat arrived a while after I did. We both waited til just past 1 o'clock and nobody else arrived, so we went on. It was a terrific day and the weather held up after the brief shower. As usual, the park offered plenty to photograph, plus the horse events. Hope to provide some photos in a day or 2. Regards, Ron

Hi Folks: Because Al can't make the outing, he has asked me to lead the group, as I've been to the park before. Soooo, we'll delay the meeting time slightly to 12:30, and meet just on the other side of the entrance building. There's benches available. I'm looking forward to meeting the attending members. See you tomorrow. Regards, Ron

Hello everyone, unfortunately, a personal situation has come up and I will not (most likely) be able to join the event. It's a good outing in a nice setting with lots of photographic opportunity. If you're an animal "nut" like me you might take some horse carrots or apples. Hoe to see you all soon. Al

Hi Pat: Though Al is organizing the meet up, my suggestion would be to meet just on the other side of the entrance building, but that would be Al's decision. That was just an idea. 12 noon is mentioned as the meeting time. Ron

Are we meeting at a particular spot and time?

For the last Meet Up at Country Heritage Park on July 14, I was expecting antique vehicles which were mentioned as part of that event. The fact they weren't there, left me disappointed. This time I'm attending for the park itself, and hoping to meet attending members. If I don't make it for the noon meet up time, I'll be there shortly after. Ron

HI Ron, Just in case others don't see your comment, do you want this date published as a potential meetup?

It's a great spot for any of these types of events.

There's a different event each weekend. On July 14th there'll be antique cars and tractors, of which I'll be attending...weather permitting.
