Join me on a journey leaving my Couch self behind to discover our Champion.

I have begun my journey from the couch to becoming my own champion. 

I am using sources as 4-Hour Body, Younger Next Year and Your Body plus dozens of others as guides to find the best tools for achieving health and wellness, shed weight and have as much fun as I can in the process. 

I love to research to find the best information I can. I plan to have free content, some paid programs and courses with the best information I can provide combined with fun, love and the purpose to achieve health, wellness & rounded fitness. I don't believe in the "No Pain, No Gain" which just destroys the body - I believe in work the body in a healthy way and grow using a pain free approach - Sore from a workout is good - Pain is BAD! Also I don't believe in banning what we love - limit yes - ban No! 

My purpose is to build a community of Wellness Achievers. 

Lets come together finding the best methods of eating, exercising and shedding weight all the while smiling, feeling better each day. Changing the little thing and getting great gains. My weight did not arrive over night - From a peak of 452 lbs, down 18 lbs I have a long way to go 

I intend to use a gentle transition escaping the couch, getting moving without pain, learning your body. training your mind, each day stepping closer to that champion within.
