Join us on a transformational journey to access inner peace and freedom, through the healing power of the breath. Embrace your ability to harness your breath as a tool to access deep insights, inspiration and connection.
Breathwork assists you to let go of fear, anxiety, depression and insecurity, so you can access more of your power, purpose and wellness.
We will use conscious connected breathing, a deep, circular breathing technique, to help you become conscious of the parts of you that are limiting or restricted. These can be gently acknowledged, understood, loved and integrated, so they no longer have a negative effect on you.
This powerful technique can open up new visions of possibility, can clear the mind, detox the body, activate more creativity and flow in your life and can help you live more intuitively and consciously.
It can help alleviate aches and pains, trauma, negative patterns, emotions and beliefs and many other problems. It will help you to feel more acceptance and belonging, to find forgiveness, and to experience greater fulfilment and happiness.
We will do an introduction, some light movement and an hour of circular continuous breathing (laying down), followed by integration and reflection time. Come and explore the healing power of your breath and come home to your own truth, in the company of a caring community of breathers.
