Cambridge Social Media Day conference 2019

Learn how to leverage the power of social media for your business at a two-day conference in Cambridge.

Following the success of last year’s Cambridge Social Media Day, founder Lenka Koppová is hosting it again, this time over two days.

The conference at Storey’s Field Centre in Eddington, Cambridge, will offer a mix of practical and inspiring sessions to help freelancers and small businesses get the most out of their social media.

Lenka said: “The feedback we’ve had from the first Cambridge Social Media Day was absolutely incredible.”

“This year we want to focus mainly on helping our attendees to leverage social media without losing their mind, as the majority of them are flying solo or have a very small team. Our aim is to give them a complete toolkit for their social media and its place within digital marketing, so they’ll be able to deliver on their own without needing to outsource social media to a VA.”

Known as #CSMDay2019, the event will be on 7-8 November 2019.

Day 1: Business Basics. Practical, hands-on workshops providing basic practical knowledge and skills to freelancers and business owners.

Day 2: Be Inspired. The main event! With two streams of talks covering all aspects of social media including content planning, digital PR and personal branding, as well as online advertising, podcasting, video and talks covering individual social media platforms. Online tickets will be available for people who cannot attend in person and to enable people to see talks they missed.

Motivational speaker Sarah Stones was one of the attendees last year. She said: “This was one of the best conferences I have attended  - the length of the workshops allowed the speakers to give valuable information and the gaps between the workshops allowed for really great networking to take place. There was such a friendly, fun atmosphere too.  Brilliant. I have already booked for next year.”

Early Bird Tickets are available now at £79 (one day) or £109 (both days).

To find out more details on workshops, speakers, and the venue head over to the website - don't miss out!
