About Our Speaker


Formerly an executive assistant to Type-A CEO's, Diana found herself launched on a new career when she lost 30 pounds in 2008.  She is now a certified health coach, personal trainer and senior fitness specialist.  Originally from Seattle, she has been married to Terry for 44 years and has four grown children and 11 grandchildren.
