I love conscious dance and regularly attend the Dance Awake sessions in Claremont. I'll probably post a trip over there on here at some point, also. This is a new event for me, and it would be great to find some folks who would like to give it a try. It's great exercise, super fun, and a great start to the weekend. There are no choreographed moves; you just move your body to the music in whatever way the rhythm pulls you. Make sure to bring plenty of water. Just in case you miss it in the description, and it isn't obvious from the timing, the event is sober.
