Carama cares most about seeing people thrive! Mindfulness and Yoga are great mediums to learn more about ourselves, our relationship with the world and to learn to prioritise the things that are most important.
Movement is a great way to stay healthy, be strong and feel alive! Through Acroyoga we bring all of the benefits of movement into a structured community practice which develops relationships at the same time as strong physical bodies.
Currently we are hosting AcroYoga in Cornwall Park however there are no meditation meetups currently on offer.
