Fantastic day of gaming! Got off to a rather slow start but late afternoon saw an influx of a ton of gamers and many new faces! There was an epic game of REX, many games of Star Realms, and mishaps in Resistance Avalon. We keep having new gamers come and say, "Wow! We didn't know this was here!" Word is getting out, though, and I can only thank my reliable core of gaming regulars for making Card Board Gamers the successful group it is.

Nearing the end of my stay, someone suggested Thunderstone, which is probably my third favorite deck builder. I don't bring my copy anymore as Bluegrass has one in the back. I was surprised to discover it hadn't been opened yet so we had to sort all the cards. It's been a while so I was a bit rusty on the rules but we started smoothing things out as we met adventurers at the tavern to talk them into journeying into the wilderness to fight monsters. Sadly, my bed time arrived and I had to leave before finishing. Curious as to who won and would love to get this to the table again very soon.

Also spied throughout the day were Small World, Belfort, 12 Realms, Zombicide, Chronicle, Fairy Tale, and a ton of other games. I personally look forward to seeing everyone at my next event but I'm sure there be some other gaming goodness available between now and then. Just check out the schedule or post a comment asking for spontaneous gaming. We have many gamers gaming often and hard and they'll be happy to help you meet your gaming fix.
