What we're about

If you are interested in having someone to exercise with and support you in your journey to a more healthy you, please join us. We will exercise together, both indoors and out, and discuss options for more healthy food choices, self-care and alternative medicine. The meetings for this group will be kept small, so that we can focus on supporting each individual's needs. Also, this group is for individuals who are available weekdays during the day time.
