Full Moon Circle; Breath, Qi Gong, Singing Bowls, Drum & Dance!

December's Winter Moon is upon us and the weather looks great for tomorrow night's circle. We hope to see everyone around the fire with us for an amazing evening of energy movement.

Get the night started right with Jim Leary at 6pm. Jim will be leading an hour of Breath & Qi Gong exercise in the garden. Jim is a certified qigong and kung-fu instructor from the Shoringiryu Matsumura Orthodox Zen School, Okinawa. Jim has studied in Asia, Europe, South America and the United States for over forty years. He has trained with many amazing teachers over the years all over the world and has a personal wish to empower people in their own quest for growth and enlightenment.

We also invite you keep the energy moving into the late night with a special after hour Singing Bowl circle. Bring your Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls to join a special meditative sound healing after drum circle ends at 10pm. Those interested can join together in the garden under the Bodhi Tree for an hour or more of celestial soundscape. Other instruments that will be welcome include didgeridoos, flutes, string instruments or other soft meditative instruments.

Full Moon Circle Schedule:

6 - 7pm Breathing & Qi Gong with Jim Leary (DOM, MBP, LPT, CQT)
7pm Drum Circle Begins
10pm Drum Circle Ends
10:15 - ???pm Singing Bowl Meditation under the Bodhi Tree

We ask everyone to be mindful and respect Drum Circle Etiquette.
Beyond these drum circle nobles, we ask that no pets or dogs of any kind be brought to drum circle. Dogs are welcome at Dandelion any other time, but during circle it's too dark, loud and crazy for man's best friend.

Orlando Moon Circles are brought to you by:

Moon Circles and Dandelion Cafe are always free, but we do ask your support for drum circle's continued existence and growth. A $2 donation is suggested at the door but your support can also take form through volunteering.
Please contact Michael if you would like help.
