Don't Give Up the Fight - Obamacare Nullification DO OR DIE
Our thanks to Talbert Black for notifying us that the Medicaid Expansion in the budget was rejected by the S.C. Senate.  The phone calls and emails and visits made a difference. The Medicaid expansion would have opened the door to a huge tax burden through Obamacare in S.C.
We are alerted, however, to an effort in the S.C. House to get Medicaid Expansion pushed through, and they also have support in the Senate, so we must be ever-vigilant.
The medical industry has big bucks and big pull -- perhaps with our legislators.
All this does not protect us from the federal tyranny of Obamacare:
Let's continue to call Senator Hugh Leatherman (Senate Finance Chairman) and ask him why he has not scheduled a meeting to take up
H 3101       S.C. Freedom of Healthcare Protection Act  (Obamacare Nullification)
Senator Hugh K. Leatherman, Sr. Chairman, Senate Finance Committee

Comments from Jesse Graston, a great Patriot and leader in the effort to Nullify Obamacare in S.C.
It’s hard for me to embrace the reality that people could be so politically driven by self or special interests, that they would be willing to literally allow tyrannical legislation grip our State, and suffocate the last vestiges of freedom we’ve enjoyed in our lifetime.  Although it is a tough reality to face, that is exactly what I’ve had to do over the past 4 months.
Powerful incumbent lawmakers in the SC legislature are willing to play politics with our essential liberty, by not allowing H.3101, our bill to Stop Obamacare, to be given a vote.  Today as I write this appeal, I feel the weight of the moment as we enter into the 11th hour of this battle.  It’s not over yet, but if we don’t move this bill fast, we will have no protection from Obamacare this year.  Our legislative session adjourns June 6th.  That leaves us this week and next to get a bill passed in the Senate and signed by our Governor.  Key allies in the Senate are now working on resurrecting H.3101, but their request to me is for us to unleash an unprecedented amount of grass roots pressure on the Chairman of the Senate Finance committee that our bill was assigned too.
Senator Hugh Leatherman is the one man that is refusing to protect South Carolinians from Obamacare.  Last week in his district of Florence, he just celebrated a massive 17 Million dollar addition to the GE Healthcare plant there.
GE Healthcare without a doubt is in the tank for Obamcare, and I’m sure that is one of the reasons for Leatherman’s stonewalling.   If you want to Stop Obamacare and protect your family and business in SC, it will depend on you taking the time to call or visit Hugh Leatherman and tell him exactly how you feel . . .
