Poetry Integration

A safe and confidential space for anyone curious about utilizing writing and poetry as a helpful integration tool. Whether integrating a psychedelic or other life experience, writing can help give voice to someone’s unique lived experience. Each week will include varied themes and helpful prompts. There will be opportunity to freely write as well as the choice to share within a safe container.

If you are able, bring a journal or notebook but there will be extra available.
