Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together whether you have zero dance experience or years of dance experience. Zumba with Lindsey takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. DanceFit uses a combination of dance and fitness movement to give you a full body cardio and toning workout. We dance to hip hop and pop music for the MOST FUN you will have while sweating - EVER! Your first class is free. Come sweat and smile with us!

This class will be focused on the details of West Coast Swing, giving you knowledge, vocabulary, and fun drills to practice in class and at home. We also go into new patterns and styling options for the dance floor with a strong emphasis on connecting with your dance partner.

This class is meant for anyone comfortable with their 5 basic patterns and some variations.
