Café Inquiry is a casual event starting with a short 10-15 minute introduction of the day's topic followed by open discussion.
Visit the CFI Michigan Event Calendar (http://www.cfimichigan.org/events/calendar/) for upcoming topics.
Members are welcome to propose and schedule a topic which would be of interest toward establishing a secular society based on science, reason, freedom of inquiry, and humanist values.
This month, we will be discussing Post-Modernism, Post-Truth: What Are They and How Did We Get Here? The discussion will include a short review of the book Post-Truth by Lee McIntyre, and description of panel discussion I attended based on McIntyre’s book. A summary of the book can be found at: https://mitpress.mit.edu/books/post-truth
Please contact Tim Hamlin if you have a topic that you would like to discuss at an upcoming Café Inquiry.

Café Inquiry (Muskegon) meets on the 3rd Thursdayof each Month, and there are usually about 8-15 people at Café Inquiry events.
Note: Meetup is one of several places we list our events and we don't require RSVP's like some meetups do, so the number of "Attendees" doesn't reflect actual attendance.
