Join us for our next educational lecture, Climate Change: What Can We Do To Make An Impact Now?
Do you wish you knew how to better understand the science & data behind Climate Change and how it is affecting Michigan and the Great Lakes? Do you wish you knew how you could help?
Mr. B.J. Baule will provide an overview of how Michigan’s climate has changed in recent decades and how it is projected to change in the future.
He will also show us how to identify and access reputable sources of climate information, and will provide resources you can use going forward to make informed climate friendly decisions in your daily lives, so we can work together to protect our precious resources.
We'll end the event with a discussion of various options and strategies that are being proposed to help humans, and the environment adapt to changes and to mitigate projected climate change and it's negative effects.
