The walk starts at 10-20 , for those driving there are car parks near start of walk .
Walk distance 8.5 miles .
Walk end time of 15-30 is just an approximate time and could be earlier or later depending on how walk goes .
NB It is very important that correct clothing is worn or carried on our walks, including waterproofs, woolly hats or sunhats, warm gloves and sturdy hiking boots, as we often walk on rough terrain. The walk leaders have the right to refuse to allow anybody not properly equipped to join the walk. Please come prepared. You will need a packed lunch and enough fluids, and you may need sun cream and insect repellent.
