What we're about

We are a free mental wellness + motivational program that believes, “Everything starts with the mind.” Therefore if you want a better life, you need to shift your perspective on how you view yourself and the world around you. This is how you change your life’s algorithm. Join CYA Founder Joel Relampagos and many certified mental health professionals in these weekly, hour-long, free classes about how to leave negativity behind you and start living your life to the fullest. Our team will guide you through topics such as mindfulness, finding forgiveness, reprogramming the mind, practicing gratitude, setting boundaries and living your life purpose. Learn how to transform old beliefs that held you back into a form of empowerment. Please RSVP to the event to receive the Zoom Link.
