Grab a friend, your workout gear, and jump-start the midweek by joining us for group fitness training. This FREE session includes warm-ups, a challenging cardio workout for 30-40 minutes, and a cool-down period. ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!!! Don't be intimidated, we have modified exercises for everyone who is just getting back into fitness.
What to expect:
• Session starts precisely at 7:00pm
• Bring water and a towel
• Bring a YOGA MAT or BLANKET
• Bring a smile and a positive attitude
This workout is hosted by Mr. Health and Wellness. These classes are designed to introduce you to the fall fit-camp program (starts in September) and challenge you to sign up and hold you accountable for getting in shape and hitting your goals!
