TRADITIONAL HOT YOGA "WATER SEQUENCE" 60 minutes
Our newest addition to the Traditional Hot Yoga portfolio is the "Water" sequence. This strong 60 minute sequence includes postures from our Traditional Hot Yoga 90 class and infuses additional postures that will;
Opening the tension in the hips and shoulders
Strengthening the inner thigh muscles
Strengthening the core body muscles
improving fluid movement in the body
The "Water" sequence will be practiced in a heated room however not as hot as our other Traditional Hot Yoga classes. Our Traditional Hot Yoga classes originate from the Bishnu Ghosh lineage of yoga as does Jimmy Barkan Hot Yoga, Bikram Yoga , Hot Yoga Evolution and Tony Sanchez Yoga.
