Deep Stretch for Mobility and Flexibility ~ Warm Room

When Wednesday rolls around are you ready to peel away layers of stress and tension held in the body? Ready to bring more flexibility and mobility to your body?
We use floor postures, that target tension held in the hips, low back and shoulders.
The yoga room is warm,well ventilated with no added heat and dimly lit giving you the opportunity to allow your body to gently be relieved while we take you systematically through postures that will deeply stretch the muscles and connective tissues. If you have a high-intensity routine of running , biking or weight lifting our deep stretch classes will keep your muscles supple and your joints healthy. You'll sleep like a baby after this class and be ready for the remainder of the work week.
This class is appropriate for everyone.
