Traditional Hot Yoga 60 Minute Class
• 2 breathing exercises and a series of 26 poses
• Incorporating balance, strength and flexibility.
• A dynamic system of postures designed to be practiced in a hot room. Intended to open, strengthen, and detoxify the entire body.
• You will sweat, stretch, get strong and be amazed at what you can do
• These classes will compliment any athletes training program as well as the beginner
