Yoga balances mind, body and spirit through stretches, breathing and poses (Asanas) that are attuned specifically to your body's own channels of healing. "Vinyasa" or" Flow" is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. YOGA can assist in relieving stress & anxiety, calming the mind, strengthen and tone the joints and muscles and help prevent illness and injury.
