Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

This session will start with a gentle 30 minute yoga flow. Then end with a 30 minute sound bath. I will be using a variety of instruments. Such as singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and rain sticks.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided. Feel free to bring any additional props that you may need for your practice.
