Extra Life (Gaming) Meetup @ Artifact Events (Ravenswood)

Hey folks! This is a hangout event for those attending the Extra Life Chicago Gaming Convention!

About Extra Life Chicago:
• Running since 2023, ELCGC is a small-sized one-day video game & board game convention held by Extra Life.
• Similar to other conventions, this convention will have an artist alley, game rooms, dance performances, & a cosplay contest!
• To anyone interested in engaging further, ELCG also has its own Discord server.

About Extra Life:
• For those unaware, Extra Life is a nationwide charity movement aimed at connecting people together through a shared love of gaming.
• All funds raised through Extra Life events stay local & benefit our city's Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.
• For Chicago: Every ticket sold goes directly to Lurie Children’s Hospital. Lurie Children’s is a top-rated hospital dedicated to the care & treatment of sick children.

Meetup Details:
• As for this meetup, ELCGC starts at 11am & ends at 6pm, but we'll try to gather for a meetup around ~1:00pm.
• We'll meet inside the convention, talk & take pictures, then wander about to any events of interest!
• Whether you’re planning afterwards to browse artist alley, do some gaming, or just wanna wander around, feel free to come hang out for a bit with new or familiar faces!

• Register Now! Badges are $20 & go directly to Lurie Children's.

Meetup Schedule:
• ~1 Hour Prior (12:00pm): Since areas of the convention hall can get busy at different times based on event schedules, we'll try to figure out where we want to meet-up in the con around this time. I'll send updates about available spots to hangout at in the Meetup comments.
• 1:00pm: We'll start cluttering up as a group by this point at where we've decided to meet.
• 1:30pm: At around this time, we'll probably leave the convention hall to go elsewhere depending on the mood. Anyone's free to split off & explore or attend events.
