Todd Little has over 40 years of software architecture and software development experience in everything from microcode in hardware interfaces to enterprise software and middleware. He is particularly interested in distributed systems achieving high performance and availability. His modus operendi is to help organizations pragmatically introduce new technologies and processes into their enterprise solutions. He is not interested in cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, or especially ICOs. He would not look good in an orange jumpsuit. Todd is currently a member of the Hyperledger Privacy and Confidentiality Working Group, and the Hyperledger Performance and Scale Working Group. Prior to diving into blockchain, Todd was and still is the Chief Architect for the Oracle Tuxedo product family.

Kuk started his career at Country Cos. leaning to integrate enterprise systems. The experiences gathered from Country provided skills that launched his career with Accenture. At Accenture (2006–2011), he found himself managing delivery of projects at some of the largest companies in the world. These projects touched major business domains in government, health, resources, finance, insurance, communications, and high tech. He achieved certification that acknowledged him globally as an Accenture master technology architect. In 2011 he decided to work locally for State Farm, participating in leading various efforts to promote standards and guidance around an extremely diverse legacy and open source technology stack. This was during a time when the company was endeavoring to implement one of the largest enterprise development initiatives in its history. In 2015, John became a technology director serving accounts across North America for Randstad Technologies. His focus was around oversight and governance focusing on technology strategy and architecture practices. He is now finishing a second masters degree, this time at Northwestern while also working on a startup targeting problems he faced in his career of building teams and cultures capable of delivering solutions for fortune 100 companies.
