The Chicago English Bulldog March 2018 Meetup- St. Patrick's Day Party
2018 CEBMG St. Patrick's Day Party The Ides of March are aligned a little early this year but we are ready to bring out the shamrock collars and Irish green tee shirts for one of our favorite events of the year- the annual Chicago English Bulldog Meetup Group's St. Patrick's Day Party! DON'T FORGET DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME STARTS SATURDAY NIGHT AND WE MOVE CLOCKS FORWARD ONE HOUR! We'll be serving our Corned Beef Sliders and it's a swim event for our Irish Bulldogs. It's not the English Channel but it will work for our little leprochauns (or Loc Ness monsters maybe?). No...we will not be dying the pool water green but fun as big as a pot of gold for everyone! Paradise 4 Paws is a great venue and always a lot of fun. There is convenient lot parking and plenty of easy overflow parking if the lot is full. Please join us and RSVP for this fun event! Greg, Pete, Laura, & Marilyn.

What we're about

Public Group

Welcome to The Original Chicago English Bulldog Meetup Group where awesome bulldogs and their Moms and Dads unite to share their love and interest in this great breed!

At over 2,000 members that literally circle the globe, we are the largest and one of the oldest English Bulldog Meetup Groups in the US and within the worldwide Meetup network. Our knowledgable members interact through our Message Board sharing wonderful stories and valuable health and behavioral information about owning and caring for an English Bulldog.

The Chicago English Bulldog Meetup Group has enjoyed 15 years on the Meetup social media platform. It took us from just 25 original members to our current 2,200 and we are continuing to grow.

We have made the decision to transition our social media platform to our own Facebook site throughout 2018. This is an exciting change and will help us provide a richer and more responsive experience for our members. Many of you may already follow our Facebook site.

This site will remain open throughout 2018 for legacy purposes but our Facebook site be our primary site effective immediately (

Here's what you can expect in the coming weeks:

• Our discussion board on the original Meetup site is now closed to new posts and will not be monitored. We welcome your question, comments, stories and other posts on our Facebook site

• We are migrating our photo library to our Facebook site so you will be seeing many retrospective posts on the history of this great group as the albums are moved. All new photos will be posted to our Facebook page

• Events will be posted to both Facebook and the original Meetup site. The full detail on the event will be on Facebook and that is where your should RSVP by marking "Going". The Meetup page will only have basic event information

Change is never easy but we are confident all of our members will love our new format.
