I am interested in permaculture because I think that living a good life means treating all living things around us with respect and dignity; that what is around us is not merely external but actually a part of us, I want to learn as much as I can about how to live more sustainably, and pass knowledge and encouragement to others. I recently moved back to Chicago after several years in other cities/countries (mostly Bosnia-Herzegovina) and look forward to connecting w/ folks in this group :-)
I have interest in permaculture and exposure to various permaculture communities and persons who practice. I think about it a lot, try to "consume" as little as possible within my current circumstances, and would like to continue to learn more "practical" skills, to enable myself (and hopefully those around me) to live more and more sustainably.
To be determined :-) I received my Permaculture Design Certificate in March 2012 and am excited to put theory into practice.
