I've learned a couple versions of Yang style tai chi and also the Fu style. I also practice a little bagua and xingyi. I learned Chen style for a few months with this group.
About 15 years or so.
At some point in my life, I thought learning a martial art would be good for me and help me develop discipline. I did some research and liked the philosophy behind the internal martial arts and decided to take tai chi.
I've been a taiji practitioner for over 15 years. I practice acupuncture and Chinese medicine and I'm also interested in Daoist philosophy.
