What style of tai chi do you practice and do you practice any other related arts?

Bagua is my main art now, but I teach basic 24-form taiji and continue to practice some Chen style as well.

How long have you been practicing tai chi?

16 years, 13 of them mainly doing Bagua and various qigong methods.

Why are you interested in learning tai chi?

Taiji has improved my life and I find it is even more fulfilling when practiced with others!

I am an acupuncturist/herbalist who came to medicine through an interest in Taiji and qigong.
