In keeping with our theme of the past couple of meetings, the May meeting will be "The Decision Process and Your Methodology."
Your method of trading is one of the fundamental aspects of a trader's strategy. Without supreme confidence in how you identify trading opportunities, the other aspects of a strategy; money management, risk assessment and your state of mind, can add confusion rather than provide clarity ot the decision process.
But your method also requires being comfortable with your decisions. How do we accomplish that? We'll talk about some things that many traders take for granted when using a methodology and how to tailor your method such that it makes identifying trades second nature.
The Chicago Trading Group is a virtual monthly meeting of traders from all financial markets discussing the psychological challenges of making trading decisions and sharing tips and strategies of how to make better, more profitable decisions.
The group is hosted by Mark Fechner, certified professional coach and veteran trader since 2002.
The discussions will primarily focus on the psychology of trading and will add elements of technical trading, money management and risk management as it relates to the decision process all traders must face.
Whether you are a novice or experienced in the markets; trade stocks, options, futures, Forex; are a day trader or end of day trader; there is something for everyone.
Since this is a "virtual" meeting, you will need to register with GoToWebinar to be apart of the discussion. The registration link is:
