• Artisanal Vegan Cheesemaking Demo

    Galley

    Coming up this Saturday 7/31/2021

Trudi Davida O'Connor will be holding a cooking demo on how to make artisanal non-dairy cheese (think mozzarella, pepper jack, Brie) at home with plant-based milks.

    The Galley Demo Series
    Sat 7/31/[masked]pm
(The Galley suggests arriving 30 minutes early to get a good seat).
    551 Country Drive, Chico CA[masked]

Trudi O'Connor is a culinary instructor in the process of training as a personal chef. Trudi grew up locally and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science from CSU, Chico. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) and worked for many years as a Health Educator for non-profits in the Monterey and Santa Cruz areas.

She returned home to Chico in 2017 and decided to pursue her passion for helping others create healthy and delicious plant-based meals for themselves and their families. Trudi teaches people one-on-one, or in interactive small group settings, so that all participants can attain the skills and confidence to apply what they've learned in their own kitchens.

Trudi is a lover of all animals, and an avid hiker and yoga practitioner.

No RSVP needed. This is a no-host, free event that is a part of the Galley’s cooking demonstration series.
