Fall Afternoon Walk at the Middlesex Fells

Please join us for a wonderful walk through the North, Middle, and South Reservoirs of the Middlesex Fells. We'll meet at 12:45 p.m. where the main Sheepfold Parking Lot meets the field. Arrive a good 15 minutes to 30 minutes early though as the parking lot is often full but does gradually clear. We plan to take our first steps at 1:00. The walk will start by going through the dog field and then on to the trails by the North Reservoir. We will circle the rez and cover part of the Middle Reservoir before entering on to the trails for the South Reservoir. Plan on circling the South Reservoir and then return to the Sheepfold field and parking lot. There are many great vistas along the way to enjoy. We will stop for a snack part way into the hike. Once the hike concludes around 4:00, those interested can join us at 110 Grill in Woburn for an early dinner. More details on this as the time approaches. I'll need to get a count. Dogs are welcome on the hike. Hopefully it will be cool enough for dogs to stay in their cars post hike while we eat.
