What are your favorite Chinese dishes and foods?
"Americanized" egg-drop soup, beef with broccoli, General Tao's chicken, and Singapore-style noodles.
How would you describe your level of Chinese? (Eg it's my native language OR I don't speak it OR I learned some dialect from my family but little Mandarin, OR I can speak a few words, simple conversations, etc.)
I can speak a few words, but have a desire to learn more.

Grew up in Fuyang, Zhejiang Province, China, but am adopted. My goal is to start learning this language in the next year.
