Whole steamed fish with ginger and scallions, 1000 year old eggs, and anything my Mom cooks.
Current level is Intermediate II. Took classes at Berlitz, taking classes at USDA Grad School. Went to Suzhou University in Suzhou, China to study Mandarin for 3 weeks with the Howard Community College Study Abroad Program.
Chinese art and exhibitions, big fan of Peking/Kanqu Opera, Tang Dynasty dancing, dining and practicing speaking Mandarin.
Speaking Mandarin on an on-going basis. Immediate involvement, group activities planned around learning the Chinese culture.
American-born. Speak some Toisanhua, continue studies on an on-going basis, in-school and self-learn.
