Learn the fundamentals and experience traditional Chinese Kung Fu first hand. Meet the instructor and learn more about this new class at the Maine Warrior Gym.
Chinese Kung Fu is largely a peaceful, internal martial arts discipline, refered to as "the art of good health", known to aid in the healing of many ailments both physical and mental.
This class will be covering the principles and practice of Praying Mantis style, Wushu, Shaolin Long Fist and Wing Chun primarily. We teach open hand forms, self-defense application, and intermediate students will begin to learn traditional weapons, such as Staff, Broadsword, Flute, Dragon Fan, 3-section stick, and more.
Ages 10 to adult and all experience levels welcome.
