The idea is simple; our running club London offer training sessions in London’s best parks, hosted by enthusiastic, motivational and knowledgeable Pro trainers. All abilities, speeds, goals and body types are catered for and our sessions are designed so that no-one gets left out or left behind. Whether you’re taking your first steps as a runner or training for your next big event, our sessions will make sure you work hard and have fun! Our professional trainer work hard to ensure sessions are varied to incorporate all the key elements of an effective running training schedule.
City Running Club London organise regular timed runs (we’re especially fond of our awesome local ParkRuns) to keep track of your progress, and also we also get involved in numerous events throughout the year, so our training always has a focus. Our free online group forums allow you to keep in touch with fellow runners and provide a great space to organise extra-curricular activities (whether they involve your running trainers or your dancing shoes!)
